Maybe he should have his team stretch for at least an hour before practice

They clearly need to be doing something different. Tired of all these injuries. The Niners seem to have more than their fair share.

Year after year after year after.....

While we are not the most injured team over the last 5, or even over the last 10 years, we are easily the most consistently injured. The other teams with higher games lost injury totals have big years with 300-400 games missed in back to back seasons. The 49ers consistently have between 200ish-300ish games missed year in year out.

Just bad luck right?
Has he sniffed the field yet or is he still injured
Feel like they are just not playing him. Not injured. Just this typical thing they seem to do sometimes. Keep the rookies who perform well in the preseason off the field
He only played 13 defensive snaps out of 64
Still believe he will show up when given the opportunities

I wasn't even sure that he played at all yet... damn I hope he gets more acclimated and take time from Elliot

Yeah I hope he stays hungry cause we're gonna need him to "eat QBs" in the playoffs

I wonder if he's not quite yet 100% from the injury or still getting his strength back and what not...
He will be fine. He's young and he has some vets in front of him. A really explosive athlete and great player in College. Give it some time.
They're rookies guys. You don't play them a ton early especially on the d line so they don't get overwhelmed and loos confidence. You build them up week by week. That's why Elliot and Davis are starting. It won't be West and Collins will be getting more and more reps as the season progresses. It's week 2, Stout doesn't get that treatment b/c there isn't any depth that would allow them to ease him in slowly.

And Sigle, and Williams, and it looks like Colby will be starting this week.

Collins is up next. Then West, Watkins, Martin, James, and maybe Moss will get more snaps.

Exactly. I forgot all about Sigle and Colby. This is a lot of solid production so far from rookies
I hope against the Tards, West gets to eat his very first NFL QB

He might not get full off this one since it's Kyle Murray, but it should satisfy him enough
