It's not uncommon for giant D linemen to take time to adjust to the NFL. That said, he should be functional before mid-season or something is wrong.

Jesus Collins destroyed his guy. Also, Collins makes Valdez look like a lb.... He's f**kin huge
So when they're next to each other Valdez does look like a big LB lol.

This is the dream - all these young players keep growing and give us valuable and good/great play on the field.
So much unknown going into this season but if we can avoid the injury bug for the real games(please god) and the rookies and 2nd year guys lock in and play great ball we can absolutely win it all.
Obviously that's best case scenario and unlikely to happen BUT until it doesn't happen it can't hurt to dream.

Not much to get excited about on Collins, or CJ West also.

I would like to hear as well. Some film break downs would be nice too. I saw some people questioning his motor but others posted clips of him chasing plays down quite well. I also hear people speak of pad level and I wonder if they are just regurgitating cliche's bc I havent seen evidence of bad pad level yet.

I remember one play where he got thrown back 20 yards like a toddler. Was embarrassing!
