Great timing. Missing 2 days of Rookies only is not the worst outcome of a holdout and the deal he signed was legit too. Good job both sides in not carrying this over to messing up his entire season.

Glad that's over and now we can get to the business at hand of seeing if Alfred Collins is a hit for us, I'm hoping he's healthy and will be able to pop for us.

Last year the 43rd pick got ~80% guaranteed. Collins got ~87% guaranteed. So, basically he gained 7% guaranteed money out of a deal he was probably going to get 100% of anyhow.

Yeah, not a fan of this move. I'm a little tired of players b***hing about the owners having all the power while they extort their way to getting what they want in most cases. I really kinda wanted the NFL to say f**k you to these 2nd rounders. I'm really sour because of our personal pains: BA, Deebo, Trent, etc... And it's not like they're getting bad deals in the first place but greed takes over every time. I mean at this point, what are multi-year contracts even for? I guess just renew every contract at the start of every year. I mean, as soon as a player b***hes, they get what they want.

That's great news. Him and CJ will be great additions in the middle. We need him and I'm glad he's finally signed. Jennings is now the last chip to fall. Lets get something done on that one too.
