Love the pick, getting a speedy EDGE opposite Bosa is what we needed, need a IDL, maybe LB, T or IOL tomorrow night, and of course same people on here doing the same thing, "won't be good" "not even 2nd best EDGE", all BS crap, the draft is a crapshoot, no guarantee any EDGE will get double digit sacks in his rookie year.

Love this, can't wait to see Mykel out there every Sunday getting to the QB, him opposite Bosa should be an awesome thing to watch.

Williams isn't really a speedy edge. He's much more of a power guy with length, decent agility and quick feet. I expect him to be up around 275ish in a year or two and an outstanding run stopper that hopefully continues to progress as a pass rusher.

I just don't get this pick at all.
* 2022 sacks - 4.5, 2023 sacks - 4.5, 2024 sacks -5.0. = UNDERWHELMING
* 2022 TFL - 6.5, 2023 TFL - 6.5, 2024 TFL - 8.5. = OK
* Size - 6'5" 260 lbs. 34 3/8" arms. 10 1/4 Hands. = VERY GOOD
* 40 time - 4.77 at his pro day. = UNDERWHELMING
* Program - Georgia = BLUE CHIP
He has the size. With length of arms and big hands. Great program to come from. But not that sudden or fast or twitchy of an athlete. I would expect a better athlete at #11 overall. Where is the PRODUCTION? Because he doesn't have any. Very underwhelming IMO.
I can't possibly believe this was the best player on the board at #11. Looks like a typical over drafted, reach on position of need. A Shany / Lynch special. I really wish we had Howie Roseman. He runs circles around the league. While we have a clown show.

20 years old. High-end athletic traits. Dominant run defender. I'm going to sleep good tonight.
Love seeing him get good reps against better competition.
