Would like a higher OT pick like today.

I swear the team does not prioritize Oline like they should.

They'll eventually add some OL but it might be later than people are hoping. I can see Chase Lundt and Joshua Gray being added tomorrow. Could also be Miles Frazier later tonight. They met with him multiple times.

That would be nice.

Same as the last few drafts for us, we will trying to correct again over the next few years. I don't see dominant DL guys, I see guys that are polar opposites of the free agent guys we tried out last season.

These guys will need time to develop, and we have nothing but time so it's all good.

Hope it works out, but I don't see it. Reaching is the 49er way at this point.

Considering how bad our DL was last year I have no issue with guys who are "polar opposite" to last year's pick ups.

polar opposite in what way?

Pass rushing focus, run stopping focus.

I don't recall the last time I saw so many TEs picked in the first two rounds

Leagues changing - TE is so critical to the game now. Young guys grow up wanting to be kittle, Gonzalez, ertz, kelce now instead of those bigger athletic guys playing DE.

That's all great, but since you watch so much football I would expect you to understand that the NFL is still a passing league. Grabbing guys who can't get to the QB at #11 isn't a winning formula (see; Eagles & KC).

Like I said, I hope it all works out but I don't see it. Drafting for need after spending all kinds of capital on the D-line isn't the way to go IMO.

I do love big strong D-linemen, so that's the only thing I see worth celebrating at this point. Also, we didn't add via F/A so this is who we are for now.

Eagles were good at stopping the run....

If we are building for next year (which is what I'm thinking and want) this is a good draft. Now we just need OL / CB and we hit, we will be back. I'm not being a negative Nancy just keeping it real. I like the draft so far.

I think people are severely overlooking how easy the schedule is this year.

Good point, I did not think about that, other than the Rams I think the division games we will be ok. May make the wild card we shall see. We lost too much talent to beat the Rams.

I'm thinking they target OL tomorrow as well.... I think for 75 and 100 they'll be LB/CB/DL/WR

LOL at the face on that Bucs fan as the pick was being announced.

"WHO THE f**k IS.......oh that guy, right I know that guy, I LOVE THAT GUY!"
Notable that we didn't meet with Collins so anyone is game.

Eagles sack leader had 8 last season. They excelled at limiting the run and continually forcing teams into 3rd and long.
