We are a better team now than we were on Wednesday. We did a lot for our defense today and drafted some guys who may turn out to be sleepers.

Definitely. We have a real Dline rotation. Secondary got a boost. Linebackers got a boost. Got some guys who may contribute on offense/special teams. Just need to address redzone scoring and the separation problem with receivers.

Saleh also got some guys he desired to run HIS system. Saleh knows how to build a defense, he did it here and with the jets. So I trust the defense is going to be a completely different animal.

a lot of the guys, like upton, are strong and hyper competitive

I'm very happy that our defensive side got some added studs early. Could have added OL but Overall it's a good draft IMO.

Everybody said this was not a good year for OL.

Maybe get UDFA that weren't wasting a pick on..

That qb was a wasted pick. And the wr better be awesome special teamers because knowing Kyle that aren't seeing the field much.

7th round picks rarely make more than the PS. In this case, when he gets healthy, he will be a good backup with a high ceiling.

I mean its the 7th round. Historically 7th rounders have a less than 20% of sticking on the roster beyond two seasons.

I wasn't particularly enthused with the Watkins pick when there were still a few potential starter level prospects available.

By the time you get to the 6th its just throwing darts at the board blindfolded.

So take that chance at more o line. I wanted o line in the 4th and 5 Th.

There was a total of 5 O linemen taken in the 4th and 5th rounds. One tackle in the 4th and no guards. I tackle in the 5th and 3 guards. Out of over 70 picks in those 2 rounds the entire league only saw 5 O linemen worth taking. They might have used their 4th round pick on Jalen Travis. He's 6' 8" and 340 lbs. Maybe he could have been worth the pick but maybe they didn't feel he fit their type of offense.

Does he fit in our scheme?
