So I guess everyone fans, coaches, GM, Jed and 49ers beat writers can all go take a s**t, make a sandwich or cook rice because we are sitting out of the 6th round.

I mean we all witnessed them not drafting OL in a historically great OL class as well
Yes we did take Puni but you get my drift
This class was considered to be pretty poor. Niners probably thought not much was better than what we have. Not sure if I agree or disagree but odds are they will be right. If burford was in this draft he would probably be a 2nd or 3rd round pick (he is only 24 still). Nugent would most likely get drafted compared to last year (24 also). Even Jalen mckenzie (25) has measurables we would probably be begging to draft without much time watching them play.
with that said, I still hope they take several lottery ticket chances on OL in the 7th and UFA

Don't hold your breath. The 5th round saw only 3 O linemen taken including one center. Teams are always looking for O line talent so that kind of tells you how this year's crop is viewed. If the Niners felt any of the guys on the booard could mke the team they would have used one of those 5th rounders.
It was clear that the talent was D line, CB and WR with a few RBs.

I'm bummed that the 49ers did not get a tackle, but they did at least get a few more weapons for Purdy. I'm surprised James lasted as long as he did. He's going to look really good in a 49ers uniform.

Yeah man it's a bad class overall. I get it fans just want a new body in there for whatever reason…regardless of actual talent.
I mean you can say whatever about Ben Barch but he was a 4th rd pick a couple yrs ago. Matt hennessey was a 3rd rd pick just a couple yrs ago

Absolutely will! And I think Jordan Watkins finally gives us that return specialist we've desperately needed since Ted Ginn; that helps Purdy and the offense as well

Last year was a draft that was supposedly deep for tackles and the Oline, we chose to pass except for Puni.
Are there any FAs out there waiting still ?

The Niners showed how little they thought about ths draft by standing pat. I don't kniw if they tried to trade up but obviuoisly they didn't. I know they said they tried t trade up in the first but that's about it. They were one of the few teams that stayed put. All the other teams are moving up and down like an elevator.

Not upset, it's laughable how little they value OL.
I wouldn't say they, as much as our OL coach. Prior to him showing up they got McG spent cash on Richburg, traded for Trent, trading for Laken, brought in Alex Mack etc.
Forrester thinks he can coach up and develop guys. Overall given the talent he gets, he's done that.
I agree they need bodies at the very least and it's a bit confusing. We will see who they can snag at the end here
I agree Foerster has done that. I think it's underrated but at the same time,we can do better and have passed on better, obvious options a few times (2021 - 2023). I'm curious about where Drake Nugent and Nick Zakelj are in their development. Realistically coming out of this draft with a guard and center prospect isn't asking for much. They still have 3 picks to get it done.

The Rams have an aging QB. As good as they looked last season, I don't see them as a threat.
