Flip him? I would be more concerned with how do we keep him. He runs this offense very efficiently. No hero ball. No mad scrambling to no end and built like a Mack truck. Dude is out there killing himself for the team and you're talking about flipping him with a Qb1 that can't stay healthy and is declining. Let's hold the flipping talk a while and see what happens the rest of this year and maybe next. Brock has a lot to prove once he is healthy.. if he continues to play like this it will be impossible to let him go anywhere anytime soon. Dem just the facts.

When healthy Jones has ripped off 8-10 yards on the run without too much trouble.

Have to admit, Mac is playing a helluva lot better than I expected. That being said, Purdy has that elusiveness in the pocket Mac will never have. And behind this line, that is a must.

100%
Purdy has much better pocket awareness, and Brock pulls off top tier layered, and anticipation throws. He flashes elite skills.
He (brock) also has horrible games when he snow balls mistakes and has a hard time staying on the field if other teams can get to him.
So Mac does have some real advantages to his game as well.
Right now, I am l loving this. We should all want Mac (or any qb) to push Brock. Brock should be watching these games and realizing there are multiple ways to skin a cat. We all love that Pury wants to make chunk plays, but with this line....getting the ball out your hands quickly and keeping the chains moving will win you games.
I dont think there is zero reason Purdy can't do what Mac is doing, just at a higher level....well minus getting obliterated snap after snap and some how staying on the field.
Honestly...what Mac Jones is doing is kinda what we wanted from Jim Druckenmiller all those years past... Purdy/Mac is kinda how we hoped Young/Druck would have went...
