Lance went into a bad situation on a team that had to win now and he should have been drafted later as a developmental project on a team that had the situation to develop him

Jones, like Lance, wouldn't have been worth all they gave up to move to the third spot, but he still would have been available to them had they stayed at their original position, and at that point, would have been a far superior pick for their system. However, if they did, we might not have picked Brock the following year and I think Brock's mobility and mental toughness probably make him a better QB

Mac has been pretty good imo when you consider the injuries we're dealing with on offense. Our top 3 WRs in terms of snaps yesterday were Pearsall, Bourne, and Skyy Moore. Tonges has performed admirably, but he's no Kittle obviously.
I don't think Jones is nearly as good as Purdy, but he's done well with what he has to work with.

Nah.
According to many guys here all that matters is if they like the QB on a personal level.

I feel like you're just TRYING to start s**t. All I've seen on here is people talking good about Mac Jones. And if anything you're dwelling on one or two comments made. f**kin grow up and learn to chill.
WHOLESOME: Mac Jones says he is not replacing Brock Purdy.

"Brock's one of my best friends and I want him back out there. Hopefully he'll be back next week. I'm just glad we got two wins for him and he's gonna take this team back and win it"

Kyle as clearly looking for the next Josh Allen and that's why Lance but what they found is he wasn't as physically gifted as they thought he was and that combined with his unfinished state was not something they wanted to pursue after they saw Brock in action for nearly a full season

lol check his PFF scores the last 2 weeks. 🗑
He barely pulled out two wins we should have won comfortably. If James Conner doesn't get hurt today we lose.
Its weird that there are people who actually prefer Mac over Purdy.

Also he didn't make any bad decisions aside from that one interception I believe. He's been playing fairly well with a mid group of weapons aside from Pearsall and Mccaffrey. When Brock comes back he needs to play on par or better than Mac has the past few weeks.

FWIW If Josh Allen didn't complete 60% of his passes till his 3rd season in the NFL. He also missed 4 games his rookie year with an elbow injury, while having just 2 TDs and 5 INTs while completing 54% of his passes. Had the backup QBs come in and played well who knows were Allen is right now.
