Seems like a pretty well rounded WR. Gets open, good size, hands, toughness. What's not to like

48.4% catch percentage last season...compared to Deebo at 63%. YAC avg for Robinson per reception is 2.3...Deebo is 8.3 as his lowest season. He's more a twin J.Jennings type of receiver...not sure we needed another one of those to play the same role.

One is catching a lot more 5 yard and under passes than the other. Easier to catch the short stuff.

Robinson is a speed guy, not a YAC machine. It's not a bad thing to move away from Deebo based offense. Give his snaps to Pearsall and Cowing. Less tackle breaking but more speed.

Robinson as a speed guy ran a 4.59 40 as a rookie and that was nearly a decade ago, he's 30 now. He's a great rout runner and had a QB who could needle a downfield pass into him before coverage could catch up as well as anyone in the league but lets not expect Purdy to do the same with his arm strength.
Yea this dude and JJ are the same guy
Ok, so we should get some answers here soon after his probation plea deal.

Since it's us, he'll be suspended 16 games and we will forfeit 2 first round picks
Knowing how much Goodell hates us, He will probably be declared suspended for 12 games 1 hour before tip off of week 1.
Rashee Rice is available to play for KC after causing a massacre on the freeway and then leaving the crime scene🤷🏻‍♂?

You joke but it also wouldn't surprise me at all.

NFL has a really bad track record of being consistent with these things. Irony is we saw the video of Rashee Rice, we saw the picture of him walking away from the scene(who knows wtf he was hiding by doing that) and he admitted he did it(no duh)

And still the NFL isn't going to suspend the guy anytime soon. Robinson will probably get 2 games for a way less egregious off the field issue and Rice may get something similar and when it's more convenient for the Chiefs(aka not during Kelce's last season)

Had Jennings not gotten thrown out for fighting he would have had above 1,000 yards. Maybe even another TD. So 1,000+ and 7 TD's was really possible. There is nothing ever on Demarcus Robinson close to that in all the years he has been playing. So no not the same guy. Jennings is bigger, more physical, more productive, more stats when he was featured. Not that Robinson is bad. Just not on par with Jennings. Jennings year was almost on par with some Aiyuk years. Had he not been thrown out. That's how good it was and how underrated it was by this fan base and generally around the league too.
I remember b***hing that Marshawn Lynch went unpunished for his DUI. Maybe dude gets lucky like him.

look what we are reduced to rooting for that some clown who did 100 mph drunk gets off with no major consequence. this may be the worst signing of the shanny lynch era, just pathetic. guy was sentenced to do MADD classes he'll be in and out of those during his 49er tenure.
Ppl can't get a designated driver in 2025? What an ass.

Especially with pro athlete money. LOL. I could see the guy making $30,000 - $50,000 a year and there are people like that. Still wrong. But you get the point.

I wish we hadn't signed him. Dunno what his levels were, but hearing what the judge issued it must've been really high.
