Tf are you talking about?
I guess they think the Patriots are really messed up. Five head coaches on staff.

Don't mind it, brings lots of experience and will help Saleh alot so Kyle can focus more on the offense.

Id imagine the team views him as a good replacement to saleh (assuming he gets poached after this year). This waygus is familiar with the guys and all that.

Yeah, since they have so much experience together and coach almost the same defense. I honestly don't see Saleh leaving in just 1 year unless we win it all, but thats just my opinion. At the end of the day I see this is a win for the team.

Unless Saleh takes him with him which could definitely happen.

Never know the opportunities that will be there in HC ranks next season. I'd love to see us have a ton of success AND win it all in our stadium but still keep Saleh tho pretty unlikely that he'd stick around. We know other teams love success and coaches who help that success happen.
For selfish reasons…continuity on defense but also we'd need him here for 2+ years to get a comp pick if he's hired again.
Tho a SB win would be a great consolation prize so let's just go and do that!

Such a great hire. I think he takes this job knowing he has a great chance to be a DC in SF sooner than later.

Saleh is an expert on defense. Being a DC under Saleh would be a significant downgrade compared to being a DC under Kyle.

I actually think he is what we were missing. We run HIS defense, I think he will be a huge difference maker here.
