I think we need to go DT with the 1st pick. Or Edge. And this is not a good draft for OT's.

For me personally, I think it's best to wait how the draft board falls and not pigeon hole ourselves into thinking we need to target a specific position with the first pick. And we also don't know what the roster will look like post FA which could alter the draft thought process.

Yes. It's a nice high pick and we have several areas of need. Of these areas, maybe BPA in the first couple of rounds then pull in some depth at key positions later. Hopefully, another draft of the quality of the last one.

just judging off watching the live game, I thought he played well
Stuck to his blocks and didn't see him getting punked and being on the ground constantly.

There are 2-3 good OT's in the draft (top 10-15 worthy) so I believe one will fall

At this rate, we'll be no where near the top 15.

Was a fan of him in the draft process. Athletic and I believe ended up being a 3rd rd pick. Played well in ATL until he got hurt.

Agreed. The other dude should sit.

He looked better than Brendel but I'm not sure if that's much of a compliment. I looks like we will see him a few games and it sounds like he impressed Kyle so lets see.

Better than Brendel at both run and pass blocking. Why isn't he starting?

Slow the roll. Colby looked like Larry Allen in his first game, but really came back down to earth since.

Maybe I'm wrong, but wasn't Colby the dude that pulled CMC into the end zone on our last TD?

Colby is a 7th rd rookie. Hennessy was a 3rd rd pick and starting NFL center before he got injured. I don't think those are the same thing.

Brendel is the weak link, this dude was at least as good

And Hennessy was on the front side trying to push him in. Point being that the young fellas are playing to the whistle, unlike dopes like Brendel that just stand and watch after they get beat.

He was good, but not as good as Brendel in this game. (check the article on the front page)
