Where do the 49ers Go from Here

Let's discuss where the 49ers go from this season. It's over and they need to admit that and get their younger players experience. There are so MANY needs on this team right now. Mason will probably have to carry the load as CM I think is done. Purdy is NOT the answer, he is a role player, not an elite QB. We need to identify and develop a QB who can take the game over. We need to get the OL and DL fixed first I believe and build from there. Where would you start and with who? Who goes? For me Deebo goes for sure, Brendel is gone as are Sorenson. Face it Shanahan will get at least one more year but someone needs to take over the draft. I'd like Lynch and Shanahan to admit the trade up to #3 killed this team and wasn't worth it. They need to admit they blew that pick. Where and what do you want to see happen going into the off season?

Jed & Lynch need to step in and start dictating changes RIGHT NOW, starting with letting one of the assistant coaches take the mantle as an OC & let Kyle try to manage the OVERALL game strategy during the game: clock management, game flow (more aggressive or less aggressive depending on the game situation on both sides of the ball), more time to look at the analytics for every situation, more time to oversee individual players & their health/performance, etc. etc. If Kyle can't manage the overall team situation during the game when he no longer has to be worrying about what play to call next, then we know he shouldn't stay as a head coach next year.

Cut Deebo, Hargrave, Juice, don't resign Ward, Banks, Mitchell, Huf. Dre is a question mark.
We need Trent's replacement, a legit TE2 that can also replace Juice, an upgrade at Center, a true FS, a big body DT.
Other needs 3rd CB, DE opposite Bosa.
New DC, New ST coach, true OC game day playcaller.

I'm trading Bosa for draft capital.
Releasing Juice and Deebo.
Extending Kittle.
ShanaLynch is gone. Lynch wrecked this team with awful draft whiffs.

Tonight when he was sitting there alone on the bench at the end of the game then pointed to the sky and walked off, it looked like he knew this is the end and he was just soaking it in.
