I thought about posting an originally title thread, such as "We suck" or "We are not a very good football team", but I figured with the growing number of posts that are saying this that it would be lost in the wash.
Look, dudes and dudettes. When you have been on the Zone for over twenty years, and a fan even longer, you recognize a down season when you see one. You also know that change is coming. How deep of a change is yet to be determined, but at min, we will be firing a DC and ST coach. And likely will be going younger, and maybe, FOR f**k'S SAKE, WE WILL GET SERIOUS ABOUT THE GAWD DAMN O-LINE , D-LINE, AND ADD ANOTHER PASS RUSHER. OH, AND A RUN STUFFING MONSTER THAT ENVELOPS THE SUN. You know? The little things that make championship teams go.
And while I am at it, we should think about maybe, just maybe, rotating CMC with Mason or IG or the level 95 running back that SunDevil has on NCAA College Football because, I dunno, MAYBE BECAUSE BILATERAL ACHILLES INJURIES DO NOT JUST MAGICALLY GO AWAY AND WHEN YOU HAVE A DUDE THAT IS CLEARLY NOT THERE, REGARDLESS OF WHAT HE DID LAST f**kING YEAR, THAT YOU ROTATE THAT DUDE WITH YOUNGER DUDES WHO HAVE SHOWN A LITTLE SOMETHIN', SOMETHIN', YOU FEEL ME?

What I meant to say was...KYLE. You don't get caps. You do not deserve them. What the hell, dude? You are responsible for this s**t show. You picked them. You have to own it. I ain't saying it isn't hard to go back to the playoffs after losing. It is damn hard. And I am grateful for what you have done. But with you, either we are flyin' or we are dyin'. We dead, dude. We dead. You need to fix the problems and then maybe, just maybe, fix the big one, which is you. It might be time to get an OC that is more that a glorified clipboard holder. It might be time to get a DC who you really trust or, maybe, better yet, one that pushes you on your philosophy. Look, I believe you will win a title, but I have serious doubts it will be here. I have always believed your career arc would take you elsewhere.
You were once a ball boy for the team, so I know this s**t is personal. But, you need to coach like a coach that knows he can win, not like the ball boy dreaming of winning. It is in you. Please, for the love of god, shut me up and go do it.
In the end, it is just a game. It is just a sport, and what matters, regardless of what comes next, in and out of football, is that we are alive. I am grateful for that.
Also, I miss Carl Weathers. I need Chubbs to tell me it will be okay, but he ain't here. So, I will say it for us. It will be okay. I just don't know when.

I agree with most of what you said, I still think Kyle can win one here. It would be weird AF if he didn't. We just had a cluster cluck of crap happen in a short period of time. Kinda started with our 1st pick getting shot and our entitled players not wanting to show up for camp. Early training camp injuries and it just went downhill from there. Really downhill. I still, of course, believe in Brock and hope he isn't injured srsly (again) before he gets his trophy(ies). It would be a damn shame. Our shining players have aged-or something-in the last couple years but we still have some talent. I agree about Kyle--trophy is his for the taking, just has to go and get it. He has much respect around the league..he will get his one day. And we are the f**king 49ers!!! We will be back, we will overcome adversity and get the Six. Let's get this done in Santa Clara Kyle, it would be a great time to shine and lift that baby up for the Bay and silence those of us who b***hed and complained during the time of being a top SB contender for years lol. All that said, f**k them Cowboys, f**k them Seahawks, Rams, Eagles and KC always and forever!!!
