That's about right but you can't ignore the later round picks. Deebo, Warner and Kittle have all been very good and played like 1st round talent. Same for Purdy. You can go through every team and see similar results with high draft busts and late round successes.

Fail your way to success because you are in a communistic system that rewards last place.
Irony is that a capitalistic mindset is the one that takes the best advantage of that system.
