He played like ass. Missed tackles. Dropped a pick. Should have picked the deep pass but he misplayed it leading to a long completion.
The way he tackles and catches its as if he could play with no arms and there's be no difference

I'VE told you all this before, Mustaf may be a hard hitting Safety, but he's a liability on coverage !!

thisss. needs to step up his game. bring in bethune or gipson to mentor.
As a rookie, Malik Mustapha looked like a player that was going to be part of the next core moving forward, but I'm not sure about that anymore. Maybe it was that procedure in the offseason that set him back, he hasn't been good this year.

GUY was never good... he had potential because he can hit... 35 IMO will be a better overall player..

Today's SAFETIES best can cover or else they will be nothing more than a very good special team player..

The same was said about Brown, his rookie season it looked like he'd be a good player but turned trash. Mustapha hasn't been as bad as him, but he's definitely took a step back

This. Maybe he can be a depth piece going forward but not a future starter
Special teamer....no more, no less. Liability in coverage....

I always felt brown was too slow and stiff.
Everyone was like "don't worry! Mustapha is coming back!" And it turns out he's ass too
Mustapha is an ok backup. He really shouldn't be the starter on a playoff team (this can be said about most of our defense)

Say what you want about Sigle but he's a sound tackler and seems to take good angles. Gotta shore up the safeties

There was almost an identical play in week 1 to the 3rd and 17 play last night where Sigle had to run the alley from 2. He made the play that JiAyir couldn't.
