Shoulda signed Diggs, infinitely better receiver.

When even the Chiefs are like "wow this guy has has to much going on" then maybe it's not a good idea to go bring him into your locker room.

Sign the guy who already knows your system.

Lmao. he's just not built for the NFL

shame on the front office for drafting him when Zach Frazier was available

He didn't have injuries in college.

The NFL is a much different beast than College, even the SEC. Doesn't help that he was already an "older" rookie come out of the draft

The talent is clearly there but has he even finished a full camp? 🤦‍♂? Missing games aside these injuries might have irreversibly damaged his development/potential

As has been stated in this thread, PCL injuries often repair themselves but sometimes need surgery. On advice of doctors, it was decided to go down the road of allowing it to repair itself. That didn't work so now he misses the season but should be back next year. If had had the surgery last spring, he would still have missed this season.

Just really too bad for Pearsall and the team. Injuries happen. Let's hope this turns out for the best.

Smh could've have their future center instead. Another great 1st round pick from this regime

I recall him being injured after they drafted him, shoulder maybe, in early training camp from an existing college injury. Doctors assumed it would have been fine.

I'm sure I'm not the last to say this but he firmly fits in the bust category for his draft position. Will probably only be a #3 wr from this point on for another team once his contract runs out. Lunch sure can pick them.

Diggs is a locker room cancer

It definitely sucks. When he's on the field, the talent is there, even with missed time in the past he can ball when healthy. Praying for the guy.

Usually injuries disqualify someone from being a bust. I typically use bust for someone who underperforms. But whatever term you want to use.

A bust is someone who never lives up to their draft status. He's a 1st round wr who will be going into his 4th year with 67 career catches and 928 yards receiving to go with 3 tds on a team with a great offense. Availability is truly the best ability.

Hope he improves enough for a solid next season which I think will be his last on his rookie contract. Don't think there's anyway we would extend him for a 5th option or long term deal. But we could get him for a favorable deal if he can still play next year which shuffles well with Debos future and maybe even Evans if he's also one and done.

I hope his head is on the right way. For most kids dealing with getting shot, then continued injuries must have a toll on confidence.
Feel bad for the guy. Hope he comes back strong from it next year.
