You guys are f**king weird

He'll be ALL PRO this year... the light no longer on him, it'll be on BLING and it means that SOFTY RICK will no longer try to impress the fans... he'll just play the way he's capable of playing..
ya Ricky is Frederick P Soft, Strib is coming for his job

A dude who got shot and almost died and played with an injured PCL is soft? Straight up clown s**t

There is no doubt that Ricky has skill. He has to deliver this year. They took another WR . . . so the writing is on the wall so to speak for Ricky . . . put up or shut up and be looking on the outside in because they will cut him if he cannot delvier consistently. I hope he will and he delivers on the promise where they drafted him. He has to deliver in my opinion. If he gets injured again, and cannot play through it, well, that tells the organization what on him and he'll be on the outside looking in.

Agreed but it sounds like you're just parroting literally everything Alex Boone said.

But with far fewer F-bombs! :)

Ricky got shot cause he didn't give up his watch and chose to fight him instead; even at gunpoint. That's the biggest balls and as tough as it gets.

lol the comments are not supportive of him... unless its expecting injury.....

He's had 2 seasons with injuries that kept him out of several games. He also played in some where he wasn't close to 100%. He has talent if he can just get past those injuries. With him, Evans and Kirk I don't think the Niners urgently need a WR so I expect they will use their first round pick on edge or OL. WR can come later if they want another one.

With their track record on DL and WR I hope they pass on both as far as drafting high goes.

Deebo and Aiyuk were both not just hits but were each top 5 WR in the NFL so not sure what you are on about that

I agree that the previous poster was wrong about our track record with WRs but both being top 5 in the nfl is wrong.

Ayiuk was never top 5, maybe top 10 but I still think that's a stretch. Deebo might of been top 5 do to being a gadget player, but not as a true WR.

Deebo was the leading receiver in the NFL midway through the season when he made the bad decision to let them turn him into a gadget and lower his value.

Wait we have piece of s**t fans. I would have never guessed by some posters on this website.
Pearsall's problem is he never had some good seasons before he got hurt. That gives the impression that he's injury prone. Nobody called Montana injury prone because he already had a couple SBs under his belt before all the injuries started. There's a long list of players that got injured in their first season and never became the player that they could have been. I don't call them injury prone. I just say they're unlucky.
every time Ricky gets tackled I hold my breath, seems like he is always limping off the field LOL

Can a gun shot wound and a dirty hip drop tackle really label someone as injury prone? lol

You should do that every time a 49er gets tackled. Nobody is exempt from getting hurt. Every skill player on offnese has missed more than one game with injuries. Purdy has missed several and would have missed more if his shoulder injury had happened at the beginning of the season instead of the end. Chalk it up to luck.
Will likely get hurt on the 1st tackle in the 1st game. I hope for the best. But it is what it is.
