My thoughts exactly from observation, Ricky is just not a wr you put lot of stock in to lead you as a true no.1 Kyle and John hitch their wagon.to the wrong horse.....Ricky is a GOOD wr not a great wr, the 9ers are screwed because Kyle don't use his rookie wrs like most team to get them seasoned...this a flaw in.Kyle mentality that he needs to adjust going forward to better the wrs outlook as a whole.

I think the no. 1 is overstated. I'd love an elite receiver but think given what Brock has shown an elite pass abd run blocking Oline + Pearsall and a good no. 2 receiver would work as well.

We've been drafting speedsters left and right and all they do is run around the sideline..

Kyle doesn't need fast downfield wr. He needs an Aiyuk type wr for his limited downfield routes off of the Los gimmicks. He needs a new Deebo. After ten years it's painfully obvious that he's a one trick pony who won't win a sb without one.You now have a 2019 49ers clone in the NFC West with a much more devastating downfield passing attack, with a qb who throws very accurate, 3 step drop 35-45 yard deep outside boundary throws. Kyle ❤? pop gun arms😕😕😕😕

our offense has been a top 5 offense for the longest time Deebo was a great player and a huge weapon but our offense was still good without him we do need more talent for weapons though. This wouldnt have been a problem if we had Aiyuk no one could have predicted this headcase

There comes a time to move on from star players and it was Deebo's time. Aiyuk is a head case and who could see that coming. Pearsall in my book has potential, but he has to prove his body can hold up to a full season. I wonder if conditioning was impacted by his gunshot and he didn't make up conditionally for what he lost during that year. Also, that had to have a mental impact on the guy, and I wonder if that has played into his ability to recover from injury. Time will tell. I don't think he is a number one, and he may or may not be a number two, we really don't know because he hasn't played enough. I say bring in 2-3 excellent receivers and let Pearsall compete against them. If he can and stays healthy, he earns his spot. If not, he was a bust as a draft pick and that happens. It's really up to Pearsall on what he wants for his NFL career and he has to show what he can do and if he can handle the rigor of a full season. I'm willing to allow him to compete and see where it goes in 2026.

I don't think the gun shot injury carried into last year and caused the knee and whatever else he dealt with. Those were new injuries. I agree he needs to show that he can stay healthy for a full season or at least miss only a couple of games at the most. He also needs to get his first TD which is a bit crazy to say. He's closer to a bust than a hit and that's not acceptable in the first round anymore. This team cannot rebuild efficiently while continuing to miss with all the high end picks.

No doubt Ricky's good when he's on the field and 100 percent. But like the saying goes the best ability is availability.

Who TF dances around on TT when the Super Bowl is about to be played in your stadium and your division rival that wiped their ass with you is about to win the championship on your field….just more red flags from a dude that has already let his team down and should have enough sense to stay out of the spotlight.

I'm sure it will all be ok though, he'll "run great routes" in some random park or high school field in a couple months trying to build chemistry with Brock……🙄
