That should have been a penalty , but jfc this guy needs to stop getting dinged up

I mean, IDK what else he can do there to prevent being illegally tackled.
This.
It seemed crazy taking a WR with as loaded as we were at the time, but things change quickly in the NFL, and now he's looking like a pretty good pick. Really wish we would have traded Aiyuk when we had the chance.

This team is really better off paying someone like Ricky and Jennings a combined 25-30 mil than paying Deebo and BA 60 mil.

Use that money elsewhere.

Lol, came back into the game after a hip drop tackle. Nice take

Pearsall is a different type of WR than what we had back then

We lost the 2023 SB partly b/c our WRs were horrible at getting separation so the KC defense showed how to lock us down in man coverage. I think we were literally last in the league in WR separation

Replacing Deebo with Pearsall was a step away from our old look to help us beat tight man coverage

Ricky Pearsall is awesome. Having him back changes a lot of things offensively.

Yes it does he can get seperation, when other can't. I just hope there is no bad news today concerning his knee.
We need speed on the field too. He doesn't have it.
I'm not so sure he'll make it through the rest of the season. His postgame comments suggest to me that his knee is a problem, especially after aggrivating it yesterday. I hope that's not the case but...

Yes. Tough guy, just some bad luck at the beginning of his career. I hope he can play through rest of this season.

Id almost rather just keep a band of receivers on rookie contracts steadily coming through. Unless Kyle finds his next Andre Johnson or Julio Jones, no receiver will be worth top 5 or 10 money. The targets just won't be there to warrant that level of pay.
I love the heart he plays with. He's obviously banged up but giving it his best. I hope he can finish the season strong. Dude has such a bright future.

He ran a 4.41 forty. Cowing who people consider fast ran 4.38. Three 1/100ths of a second don't make a difference on the football field. Worthy ran a super fast 40 and he hasn't done much with the Chiefs. He's avergaing about 600 yards per season and 4 TDs. Pearsall could easily match that if he was healthy.

He doesn't seem to have much luck when It comes to Injuries, but he does look like a future all pro when healthy.
