He's just another on a long list of players that keep getting hurt. Kittle gets some type of nagging injury almost every year. Bosa has had 2 season ending injuries and several smaller ones. This will be Purdy's 5th missed game in 2 years and he may miss more. He was fortunate tha the had that shoulder injury at the end of the season so he had the off season to rehab. If it happened early in the year he would have missed an entire season. CMC has had problems through most of his career.
It sucks that most of the teams best players can't stay healthy. They take up a lot of cap space and they need to be on the field. All play well when they're out there but it's hard to make plays from the bench or the training room.

I don't think Kyle will ever be pass first, but the idea of a fully healthy Aiyuk and Pearsall is very intriguing. Just the prospect of that along with Juice, Kittle, CMC as more of a pass catcher, and whoever is WR3 - 5, should be a very potent passing attack. Provided we beef up the Oline.

Teams better get us now because we're getting some serious reinforcements .talk about bringing in the cavalry you got kittle ,Ricky, aiyuk all returning and our backend performing well above their rank . The offense is already working well it will only get better.

Everything Pearsall does is so smooth, effortless and quick. And incredible hands.
Except he's not playing.
What good is a player (and for his own development) if he's not playing? This is bad. Another waste of a 1st rounder.

I wouldn't count too much on the "cavalry". These guys might come back, sure, but the track record of them staying healthy isn't a very good one.
Kittle would be the biggest question mark of them all. Not saying he won't be back, just saying even if he does, it wouldn't shock me if he's right back to being injured.

When he said he felt instability in his knees, I thought 4-6 weeks minimum.

Stud? The guy has barely played.
He's indeed nearing bust territory, but not because of lack of talent.
