It's gonna be a tough game.
Lafleur is a really good coach and he knows Shanahan.
They have nothing to lose.
Hopefully Kyle will go with the running game with CMC, Elijah Mitchell and Deebo as wide back.
SF 'should' take care of business, but I was impressed with Love. It's hard to judge their offense because outside of Jones, most of their skill players are still so young....they all could be household names in a year or so, or it all could be a flash in the pan. Bottom line is GB rolled Dallas into the dirt, and I wouldn't be surprised by anything at this point.
I can't get a handle on Green Bay at all. Their results are all over the place - beating some very good teams (Chiefs, Lions, Rams) but also losing to nothing teams. Their overall numbers on offense and defense are nothing special, but over the past month they have put up scary amounts of offence production - among the league-leading.

Just seem like an 'anything could happen' opponent.

Love and that team is really streaky, which is expected from young teams.

Our run defense will get a real test this week. Hopefully we can establish the run as well and dominate them in TOP.

The Packers are a team on the rise and Jordan Love is really talented. Just watch him throw under pressure on his back foot.
Lafleur totally outcoached both McCarthy and Dan Quinn.
I mean, I'm a pessimist person so I would have said that it would have been hard against any team but they have a good O-Line and a QB that is playing terrific football right now. And it's not a Packers team with Rodgers doing whatever he wants offensively as far as playcall. It's Lafleur's offense.

I hope Kyle will take the same approach he did with Jimmy as QB in the POs which is to lean on the running game.
Don't start a pissing contest with Lafleur to know who has the best passing game and young QB.
I didn't like the gameplan at the start of the game against the Ravens.
Use CMC and Deebo on the running game and defensively don't try to blitz them.
Dallas as always was too aggressive at the beginning of the game.

I'm going to go into this game with the same mentality as I did last year vs the Seahawks in the 1st round: if we can't beat these guys, it wasn't going to be a superbowl year anyway.

Made me feel less anxious at least.

Unfortunately for SF, they are streaking positively for them. Love's numbers the last 6 weeks or so have been amongst the best in the NFL, if not the best. I read how they played nobody, but I don't hear much of a peep when Purdy dirts some turd teams either. I'm a bit more concerned about their passing attack moreso than their ground game....simply based on the known. I know how good Jones is - when healthy, he's pretty good - it's the receiving corps that I can't judge much due to their inexperience.

I do agree about SF and their ground attack and TOP.
I want some sackaroonis

why? we would've beat them anyways
Man eff the packers. Eff their coach and EFF Jordan love. They aren't playing the chump ass cowboys next week. They're about to get harm put on them and them young fellas about to get introduced to a real contender.
Not to take any credit away from GB's offense but DAL was leaving them boys wide open most of the game. There were a handful of deep completions made where there wasn't a defender within 15 yards of the receiver. Our defense has been one of the best in the league in preventing big plays. I expect the packers offense to have to be way more methodical if they are going to have a chance against us.

Dan Quinn gonna blame the offense again.
