It's because Wilks' scheme is so bad that he's not showing anything to make Burrow hold the ball long enough for the pass rush to get there. So far the only team that didn't figure out Wilks' defense is the Cowboys.

We have seen the difference with competent coordinators, the players are not outschemed, don't have to scramble and take bad angles as theyc'e caught ot of postiton.
Wilk's scheme is bad, we're getting oushed around in the run game, passrush is slow and has no wrinkles.
Ryand and Saleh had this D humming and being aggressive. I just don't see that the D this year.
