49ers at Steelers Pregame Thread - 2023 Season Week 1

Got my "Run CMC" shirt & my throwback logo Niners trucker hat in the mail today!!! Ready for kickoff. Gonna be in hostile company, hopefully our Niners can keep the Pitts fans in quiet mode from start to finish lol.

I wish!! No, just watching it with some good friends at a Steeler club that are all lifelong Steeler fans. My son and I and another Niner friend of ours are going to rep our beloved Niners, win or lose we'll still be standing proud👍

I've been going ove rthe Niners and Seahawks schedules to try and figure out which games Ill see here in Eugene since the NFL changed the blackout area. I used to see quite few Sunday Niner games since they routinely chose between the Seahawks and Niners (we have fans of both teams here, probably more Niner fans) When they shwed the games on FOX they were blacked out on Sunday Ticket. Now they declared Seahawks territory as far south as Eugene. With their crazy black out rules I can't figure out what I'll see anymore. I

I know I'll see at least 6 games (the Sunday, Monday and Thursday night games plus the game against the Seahawks on Dec. 10.) Other than that I'm at the mercy of the NFL and their idiotic blackout rules.

watt rushes from the right side, so big test for mckivitz. I wonder what kind of help we will give him.

i just feel like they're defense is going to struggle against us, I really like Minkah but I don't think their linebackers are all that good. Tomlin will have them coached up really well though, he's an awesome coach. I think Peterson will get his old ass abused by Aiyuk.

I really don't understand why everyone is so worried about the Steelers, as long as we play our game - we should win. There really isn't anything they do better than us and they're also unproven - all "potential", outside of watt & Minkah.

i don't think it'll be a walk in the park but if we remain disciplined and protect the ball, should beat him then pretty convincingly.

brock never lost a regular season game, I'm excited to see how far he can go with that record before we finally lose. Lol hope it won't be next Sunday!

I believe I heard that the starting left tackle is a rookie, will be interesting to see how bosa does against a rookie. Welcome to the NFL 😈

Their offensive line is awful. Bosa and the boys will eat. Watt will too but we have more weapons to get the ball out quicker
