He was the league leader in sacks for the USFL. Maybe he's got a renewed vigor and Kocurek will get the most out of him?

Dammit these veteran CB's just can't stay healthy!!!! Speaks is a good cheap signing, I wonder why he couldn't hang on with a team?? And what other veteran CB's are out there???

I'm actually responding to the fact that Terrance Mitchell and Anthony Averett are injured. And from watching USFL, I saw him disrupt O-lines, yes they were weak ass O-lines but nonetheless he was disruptive. But doesn't Kocurek have enough projects, why not sign another veteran CB??
