Are you being knit picky on the 3 single years of harbs, tomsula, and Kelly because I said 5-10? Let me reiterate then "the last 7 years"

Physicality definitely will cause more injuries as boast was saying but I doubt all the teams I mentioned have had as long / significant of a track record of injuries as the 9ers have had

We were extremely injured in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2024. The only decent years, injury wise for us, were 2019 & 2023. Guess we're just a physical org

That's what I was saying and both those years we went to the Super Bowl

Youre saying there is something across 4 coaching staffs (harbs, tomsula, chip, Kyle) that is a common thread causing our players to always be hurt? I'd like to hear some ideas on what it could be, that's pretty impressive!

Still don't know what you're trying to say here bringing Harbs, Tomsula, and Kelly into it

Kyle puts an emphasis on physical play on both sides of the ball. the Niners have earned a reputation for being one of the more physical teams in the NFL. this intensity begins on the practice field. no doubt there will be injuries. it's an unfortunate side effect of full contact sports. this level of intensity expected during practice is likely why you see players kept out of practice even with minor injuries. save them for when the real bullets are flying.

Idk if you can say that with other physical teams like Ravens, Steelers, Bears, Chiefs, Raiders, Gaints, Seahawks, Eagles, even Lions and Broncos as of late. Don't think any of those teams have had the consistent injury history that we have had

DET had 19 players on the IR last season
PIT had 18
BAL had 13

Cool now do the last 5-10 years like us noticed you left out 2/3 of the teams I mentioned

the Eagles and Chiefs got lucky with injuries last year. hence the SB. the 2023 Eagles not so much.

lol why go back 10 yrs? doing that and you can tweak the numbers to say anything. i'll just stick to more recent

DEN had 10
SEA has 10

i dont consider NYG, CHI or LV to be as physical as the others.

I misread and thought you meant 10 years of boner history. Feels like we've had bad injuries every year since forever
This has been the worst TC regarding to injuries since I can remember
At the game in Las Vegas! Aiyuk looks good in warm ups. I got my hat signed by All-Pro Fred!😎

Kinda crazy that Vikings didn't keep Darnie, yes, he choked in the playoffs but so does that Dak Prescott guy lol. Squirting champagne on him one week, saw a few ghosts, then off to the Seadungs.

I think it had more to do with the first round pick they just invested in a young qb and he choked in the playoffs.

Darnold isn't a bad qb but also isn't someone to worry about out. That Minnesota team was a very good all around squad and the offense had a ton of talent.

since he's a seahawk, I wish him nothing but team failure. Lol

this is more like an Injury Camp than a Training Camp

LOL

Most of these injuries appear to be minor. More precautionary than serious. I just looked over the NFL list and every team has a lot of guys listed. Most are questionable like the Niners. All have at least a couple injured reserved.

Definitely we haven't had anything crazy just a lot of volume, the problem is it's happening to players that need camp the most 5 rookies have got hurt, throw in Collins hold out at the beginning that's 6 players missing very important training most of which if not all will likely be taking a good amount of snaps this year

This original post made me chuckle. Certainly not funny for the team, for sure but it's funny because it's true.
