It's just my semantic brain. Kyle didn't make a proclamation. It's like when someone says "hopefully things will be better this year" ... it's not even that THEY hope it's better, just ambiguous hope out there in the world :)

Kyle says the 49ers could win the Super Bowl this year too :)
