I miss the days where people who covered the team just reported things that were happening without a need to bring up hot takes. That's what Grant is these days.

The annoying thing is I always liked his little tidbits from camp coverage before he started infusing his bias into everything and basically playing it up for clicks and interactions. I also have 0 respect for Jessie as a guy who covers the team. He's basically Grant's shadow which is what the tweet smelled like. At least Grant was at practice though not surprisingly virtually EVERYONE else who was there had the opposite take.

I don't mind when people are critical of the team. There are times where it's definitely warranted. What I can't stand are when these guys look for negative stuff to throw out there. That whole group lives for bad news. Also why they keep fighting with Lombardi. The whole thing is comically stupid.

So instead of trying to land a potential skill player select the top special teamer cause they are a sure thing like Wishnowsky & Moody. Got it. Sounds based for sure.
