Good pick out, but Huff hardly played, so if he's faster than that it's exciting.

Definitely a win for us if they're both fast. Also Bosa takes round 1 here

Sack of s**t just continues to keep pushing this narrative even though he's the only one doing so
. Play in question was discussed by beat writers and it was Stout and everyone said it was more him sniffing it out and making a great play. Just a weasel

THE NOT SO GOOD1, Running back Christian McCaffrey.

He's the only highly-paid veteran who actually participated in team drills during minicamp, and he deserves a ton of credit for that. Fred Warner, George Kittle, Nick Bosa and Trent Williams all showed up to practice, stretched and went through position drills, but none of them risked injury by competing against other players. McCaffrey did. Respect. However, during one play, he ran a wheel route from the backfield and was matched up one on one against a linebacker. In the past, McCaffrey would win this matchup and easily catch the ball down the field. This time, he couldn't get open. The linebacker ran with him stride for stride and Brock Purdy was forced to check the ball down to Jordan Watkins running a shallow cross. If McCaffrey is still as explosive as he was in 2023, he's doing a good job of hiding it

let him push whatever he wants. eventually they have to play the games, and he'll look either smart or stupid.

This narrative is gonna help me land CMC at the end of the 1st round in FF.
Guerendo is going to breakout this season if he stays healthy. Going to see alot of games where he has like 4 carries for 70 yards and 3 of those carries might be under 4 yards each but will explode for a big one. And the same in the receiving game. I want to see alot of two RB sets where CMC is in the slot and Guerendo in the backfield and both are running route's with CMC getting all the attention and Guerendo wide open with nothing but open grass.

I'd love to agree on the breakout but like you said, he's only going to get a few carries if that. He may bust one or two but he'll still hardly play as long as Kyle can run CMC into the ground.

We won't see 2-RB sets and if CMC stays healthy we won't see any other RB at all and we all know it.

I really don't get our need to keep crying about the guy...lol. The "ignore feature" works wonders, they said.

Let's stop pretending like we don't care what he says,...whether we take it with a grain of salt or not. Criticism will always have its place in journalism.
