I actually think Armstead is the last player on the list I would trade. He's the least well known player which means he would net the least in a trade, and he's extremely valuable in the playoffs IMO.

I wouldn't trade anyone but I'd trade Deebo if I had to choose one.

It appeared Armstead was used a bit differently this year than last. Lacking a space-eater like DJ Jones on the inside, AA was more of that guy - just using up blocks and letting the LBs make plays. The lack of another quality Interior Defender got so bad toward the end of the year that Drake Jackson sat on the bench while Michael Dwumfour filled the plugger role inside.

AA is still a very valuable part of the team even though his flash numbers were down from 2021.
