Yes and thats what pisses me off so much about this FO fans can see it but yet they play like they were blind to the fact.

These are my observations about Moody: his kicks look sort of like a baseball knuckle-ball or a volleyball float serve. What those two things have in common is that the ball doesn't have spin on it due to the way the ball is thrown (knuckle-ball) or hit (float serve). What happens in each case is that the ball has a noticeable wobble and then at the end has a sharp break – usually even the pitcher or server doesn't know how it will break! In baseball or volleyball these can be very effective weapons, because you're trying to make your opponent miss the ball, but in football where you are trying to be accurate (between the crossbars) this is a recipe for disaster! I don't know how Moody swings his leg through the target when he kicks, but that wobble terrifies every time I watch one of his kicks.

Worse, Moody seems to over-correct after any miss or near-miss. If he misses one to the right, the next one is almost always dangerously close to missing to the left unless it actually misses left!

What drives me crazy is that Shanahan always says something to the effect of "I don't know anything about kickers, he just needs to make the kicks". Hey Kyle, you're the head coach! It's your responsibility to know about all phases of the game, not just offense. If you don't know, you need to learn!

Cut himmmmmmm
Ut Oh...

Did anyone else notice he moved up a few inches right before the snap? In almost a flinching type move? I knew he was gonna miss when he did that.
Epitome of a mental midget.
I was willing to give him the offseason to get healthy and the pre-season with the new ST coach, but it's just too much at this point. Time to move on.
Lol at all the fools including coaches who thought this dude was good after making a game winner in a meaningless preseason game.
Please god cut him

And don't ever draft a f**king punter & kicker ever again

wow Aubrey kicked a 64 yard fg for the cowgirls, the chargers kicker just kick a 50 plus fg and tha5 Michigan bust-down buster can't hit a Xtra point.....and yet Kyle will keep him on the team....make that make sense somebody....anybody
The dude is going to lose games and Kyle will act dumbfounded as usual.
He makes Owen Pochman look like Adam Vinatieri. How many dozens more games are we going to let this bum single-handedly cost us? Was costing us the Super Bowl not enough?
