Yes - conference record would be the tie-breaker for seeding, and SF is 8-2; Minnesota is 6-3.
It's not totally out of the realm of possibility - SF would host either Seattle, Detroit, Washington, or New York in the wild card round....that assumes Philadelphia/Dallas as the #1 seed @ at least 14-3. That's where the Chicago/Denver losses really sting.
In this case I think the number 2 seed has it easier. If we're number two, and both Minn (3) and Dallas (5) win, we get Minn in the Divisional and Dallas goes to play Philly. Minn at home should be easy, and Dallas and Philly get to beat each other up.
