This isn't going to be a popular take, but Deebo is not even close to being the best weapon on the team like last year. I hope he's okay obviously, but Aiyuk has been the clear #1 WR and CMC is a better runner too. Obviously Deebo provides us with more options and misdirection, but even if we lose him for a period of time, it's not a death sentence like it would have been last year.

Unless Purdy pulls a Kurt Warner, Lance will get his shot. They have both under contract for a while.
