How will Jimmy's final season with the niners end?

Heart praying for a story like ending with a SB. Brain says like the usual, deep playoff run with the loss coming in a heart ripping way with many what ifs and whys for many months after. Defense is legit as hell but in todays NFL there's only so much the d can hold especially with the elite qbs and playmakers that it'll eventually give. Offense needs to pull their weight with Jimmy finally making plays at the end and Kyle not coaching scared and turtleing when they have the lead.

Who says this is Jimmy G's final season with the Niners ⁉️⁉️⁉️ There is still going to be the need for a backup QB when Major Lance comes back because he is going to be at square one again and don't think Kyle will stop running his signal caller into the teeth of the defense like yesterday

Don't know after that because the Niners will still want Lance and and Jimmy will want a long term deal as a SB winner.

Hopefully he signs a big fat contract somewhere in the AFC and the Niners get a decent compensatory pick when all is said and done.

I don't see why the offense won't be really good with Jimmy in (as it has been in the past) but let's not use the Seahawks as the measuring stick

If the line can be decent, Kittle comes back, and Wilson/Mason/Mack/Price eventually Mitchell can keep the running game going I think the Niners are still damn good.

Would be ok with a trade for Kareem Hunt or something at this point. Man I miss healthy Mostert!!!

Agreed. How he ran the outside zone with his speed was just crazy in this scheme.

It'll be just like last season. We'll have some ups and downs with him, but he's prone to making mistakes at the wrong time and that will most likely cost us any real chance of winning a super bowl, and that's assuming the OL can protect him and keep him healthy all season, which I'm not confident they can.

Since Jimmy G is back to the starter, Gotta support him and the 49ers! Super Bowl or Bust.
