So someone apparently looked at a pile of vomit and thought this would make a great design for an official sideline ballcap.

We'll see. The coaches have been known to lie and beat around the Bush on injuries in the past

Do you think Brendel played bad? I thought the entire starting IOL looked good.
Agree, and Poe was impressive as a road grading guard.
I liked the play where Poe executed a double team block to the left and than proceeded to execute a second level block afterward. Did you cath any pass pro reps from him? I forgot to keep an eye on that.
He let a sack in on that 3rd and very long in the 3rd Qtr. Totally missed his assignment.
But he's excellent on the run game. 49ers got some big gashes on the ground behind his blocks.

True, but some injuries look like other injuries, and you really can't tell until some time has passed.

I kept an eye on him. He didn't play pretty, he didn't play smooth. He's the very definition of try hard. Which is to say, I adore him.
The trouble is, who was he up against? I thought he looked effective, but for all I know he was beating on camp bodies.
I think the idea is that you play Poe (or other undrafteds) at their level, and if they dominate or perform well at the - soon to be Grocery clerk level - players, you move him up the depth chart if he plays well. You keep moving him up until he's at his talent level where he looks average. At least that's how I think the process works.
My hunch is that Poe is a special lil' guy in Kyle's mind. Kyle can do some very clever things with a fella like Poe and I think we can all agree that Kyle has a hard time resisting the urge to do clever things.

As much as I'd love to trade Jimmy id rather not see Zach miss the year and lose out on a season of development.

so far 2022 draft looks pretty good
Yeah, John Lynch looking pretty good. With no 1st round pick, looks like we're gonna get very good value out of this class.

They are thinking it might be a PCL injury which would not be season ending and maybe just a few weeks but it would be the exact same injury to the same knee that he suffered last year which would be very concerning.
