f**k that, he stinks.

Annnnd that's one of the reasons it's locked. Bunch of experts that have already decided on what he is and will be after a couple of games

That is very common

TJ surgery fixes a lot of wear and tear that the arm has been though.

Most baseball guys have a return to the power they had years before, or in some cases simply more power. Almost all pitchers say they are throwing harder then they were before.

I dont know why this is the case, but we have read over and over again this injury is different for QBs than it is for pitchers.
So sorry Brock. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.😞
It was sure goddamn fun while it lasted

So he returned to normal after the surgery...

He was a 33 year old QB at that point, he started all 16 games for the Panthers the following year and they went 12-4 while he claimed that he was able to throw it harder than ever. Arguing that he regressed due to the injury rather than normal age related decline for a QB that was never upper echelon to begin with is nonsense.

Aging QB declines as he gets older, that's f**king wild.

has injury comes back and is bad... But sure its just the age thing...

That said he (Delhomme) was never "Good" to begin with. I have faith in BP when he's healed. TB12 until then.

f**k it. Bring in Rodgers and Cobb, they seem attached at the hip. Send em Kinlaw and Jennings and a draft pick or two.

Gutekunst would be ran out of Green Bay and Wisconsin is he did that (especially for Kinlaw).

They're not settling for anything less then a first this year for Rodgers.

It doesn't sound good considering Purdy wasn't known as a strong armed guy to begin with

Delhomme started for two years after the surgery, playing into his mid 30s and claimed that his throwing velocity actually improved afterwards.

He had a 18-13 record with 25 TDs and 37 INTs in his last 31 starts

So he returned to normal after the surgery...

Previous 60 starts. 35-25 record. 89 TDs & 58 INTs.

Might as well get the Surgery and see where we are at when we start the season. Should do it soon if that looks to be the best course of action.

Does not sound like there is much of a choice

Second opinion sounds smart...but how wrong can a total tear diagnosis be?

He is young, though has hell and medical science is really good at this surgery.

I have zero doubt he will work his ass off to be better then ever.

Well it seems like Trey will be the starter at the beginning of the year, which means if Trey actually does look really good, Purdy may have to ride the bench for a while. I get the feeling they won't replace Trey if he does go on a winning streak when Purdy is healthy.

So Trey has his chance to take over the starting duties, but he better not falter if he wants to keep it.

Seems very possible,

nor should they. If Trey is lighting it up you can't pull him. That is football, and you have to live with it. Get ready, keep ready and take your opportunities.
Get well soon Brock. I'm sure you'll be back

He took a team to the Superbowl. His number took a nose dive after surgery
