If Brock is out for 2023, they definitely need to sign a starting caliber vet.
Maybe Tom Brady for one year?

I mean we all saw the receivers wide open when Josh Johnson was in. Brock would've hit those to wide open Juanan Jennings and Kittle and led us to another TD drive. Maybe even win the game.

That's what I was telling my friend. Brock underestimated the game speed of the Eagles and Johnson basically wasted a roster spot. When you're playing the fastest team rushing the passer in their stadium where they have a leg up on the snap count then you gotta play faster and with the utmost urgency

Brady coming home. Lance is still a question mark, Purdy might be out the entire year and Brady has a hard on for playing for the niners atleast once before he retires/dies

Where are we getting out a year from?

I just woke up...so I probably am missing some key information, but I just read he might need 6 weeks recovery depending on severity.

sounds like Purdy will be fine in 6 weeks - pending on confirmation in couple of days for results of MRI

We don't need to panic until its time to panic. The fact he went back out there and made a throw is tough. Coach has just got to spend more time figuring out how to protect his QBs. His record on protecting them is pretty poor.

It's not a year. We don't know his injury yet. Waiting for MRI but there is fear it might be Tommy John injury which if true might take his rehab all the way to June or July which is going to tie our hands in camp if late July. It should not be the year version many baseball players experience but camp and getting ready may be heavily impacted.

This is info I've heard on tv. I am not a DR or play one on tv.

This should be pinned. It is literally the most important thread in here. We know we will keep Bosa. We know Jimmy is gone....this time. We know it is likely DeMeco is out. We know McGlinchey is gone. Same likely goes for J. Ward. But what we do not know is about the health of our starting quarterback.
