The thing I love most about Purdy in this game was when he told Kyle he couldn't go. He knew at that point that we were better off with Josh. Very selfless, could have tried to tough it out, thrown a bad pick and put us in a worse spot.

While I preferred watching our offense with Purdy starting, there is zero chance he's just handed the starting job next year without a competition. What's more, it would be bad for the team if he was. Hopefully he and Trey are 100% by TC and may the best man win. After watching this year, I'm grateful we'll have both on the roster next year.

Doubtful, if they were having him throw it out there, its most likely just a sprain.

Which everyone should be fine with. Let Trey and Purdy battle it out but based on what I've seen from Purdy and how he handled a complicated offense like a veteran, I expect him to be starting Week 1.

Hopefully this kills the "any QB could do what Brock did" talk. That was very painfully not true with JJ today.

We don't know the full extent yet. He will need to get an MRI I'm sure.

Brock will go in as QB1 as deserved....but why are the Trey Lance threads blocked? So thankful we have Brock but I'm a Trey guy. Shock the world Trey and work on your accuracy.
