I can't see that. If anything, seeing how bad Johnson did in running the offense just shows how good Purdy has been.

Hope Purdy spends the offseason getting healthy and trying to further progress as a passer, working on his footwork, his decisiveness, studying film and getting ready for a heck of a QB competition in training camp.

But it's more relevant than ever that we need health at QB.
And probably shouldn't have a backup TE block Reddick on a long-developing passing play.
