Well, Brock Purdy owns Seattle and their defense. The only two losses came when the team was down to second and third stringers last year. Sorry facts
No way anyone can argue this

100%. The Niners w/ Brock are 5-0 in Seattle during the regular season. Outside of that, the only the two losses as you mentioned, elguapo, came when the Niners were down to their second & third stringers (in particular, down big-time playmakers like Bosa, Warner and Kittle).

Regarding Purdy's interception yesterday, there's a distinct possibility that either Cowing didn't run the correct route or lost his footing coming back for the football. The losing of the footing, or falling back when he needs to come back to the ball is something that has happened more than once with Cowing.

I know this has been mentioned in other threads, but Cowing is really, really bad. He's only on the team right now due to insane number of injuries to the WR.

Initally I thought it might be partly on Cowing yesterday, but now that I looked at it more, I think Brock was late on the throw. It open up for the defender to undercut and INT.

Great throw here with Leonard Williams bearing down on him.

Another thing of beauty from Purdy (thank you for your breakdowns, JonnyDel):

You can hear Brady yell "NOO!!" the second it leaves his hand.

I'm not saying Brock is perfect but a throw like that would really surprise me, something so off. Last week the same thing happened with cowing on 3rd down and e were lucky it wasn't picked.

you ever see Brock so off with other WRs? It's most likely option routes and cowing and Brock aren't on the same page with what they're seeing. Is my guess

Would be better to see the all-22 view, but Brock's feet look wonky here. Looked like he reset and was late.

Didn't see the defender peel off that deep route either I'm sure.

That's supposed to be a comeback route and Cowing doesn't .

Thats possible. I think it looks like there was an option route for the WR and Cowing took an out towards the sideline and Brock was expecting a comeback curl.

if he would of comeback on a curl and went towards the ball, it was actually good placement. Now maybe I'm wrong, and Brock made a terrible pass. Someone should ask Kyle about it, cause other than that, idk if we will ever know. Lol

Really was a good tackle. Thought they were going to flag him.

Was Cowing catch later on the same, except he stopped for the ball ?

I like how Purdy doesn't crumble when he throws an interception. Doesn't affect him one bit. He owns it and plays better.
