Does that mean he's going to be great in every game, or will never throw another interception, or will win three Super Bowls, of course not, but I think it's earned him the right not to be nit-picked by "fans" who somehow still seem to think that he isn't living up to their expectations.
i was saying coming into the year only thing for him to really prove is play all the games

I really, really don't want to jinx it, but it really does feel like an additional corner is turning and Purdy's media stock has never been higher than what it is right now.
He has a 104.9 regular season passer rating—nobody with 1000+ pass attempts has a 102.3+ passer rating except for Purdy (he has 1400 pass attempts).
He's won five playoff games with multiple game-winning drives, and anyone with a brain knows that the Super Bowl loss was hardly on him.
He's set to have more passing yards and TD's than any 21st century 49ers QB before he even turns 28.
This has to be it, right? There's no possibility this is yet another Alex Smith/Kaepernick/Jimmy G where we all got duped into thinking we found the one, right?
