Agree 💯 % absolutely! Brock is a legit franchise QB. His arm is a lot stronger than the average NFL QB. (By no means am I saying his arm is as strong as the Mahomes, Allan's and Jackson's of the NFL. No.) However his arm is good, he threw a 50 yard TD to Robinson on a dime. Brock Purdy also has a gunslinger throwing mindset and add that to his elite timing and accuracy, it allows him to attack windows that even average or even superior arms sometimes shy away from.

Here's anothe point - The "Arm Power" Paradox: While Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can launch a football 60 yards downfield from a crumbling pocket, that athletic freedom causes them to take incredibly difficult deep shots that naturally drag down their raw completion percentages and does stall their third down offenses. Unlike Brock who dominated 3rd downs last year.

The Bills and Chiefs have had two of the best third down offenses for years now, with KC last year being the single outlier season to the contrary.

No way hurts I think is very overrated we will see it this season without AJ brown I don't think he does a great job in post snap processing

he is a good qb though and can make a ton of throws but I think he wa so dependent on AJ brown dominating

He just has to do poor enough that they don't make the playoffs and risk lowering his postseason win percentage.

Allen is the best QB in the league. I have no idea what you are inferring with those stats.

Josh can get weird with pressure, give me Brock and how he is mentally able to handle stuff. And we saw he can run too, I don't need Josh.

One of my fave football memories will always be that first Seattle game he played in, I said to myself, "This guy will be in the history books." And I never thought twice about him. Not once. He's that good. I loved that game so much, I had Young/Walsh memories immediately with what Shanny and Brock did in that game. It felt like I was zapped back into the 90's/80's. And I knew this guy was the real deal and he could handle whatever Shanny threw at him.

People love Josh Allen because he has a super strong arm and a lot of "arm talent", but the QBs that win it all are usually the cerebral ones that don't need to make low percentage throws to move the ball. If I had to choose between a group of QBs that consisted of Joe Montana, Tom Brady, and Brock Purdy or one that consisted of Josh Allen, Dan Marino, and Justin Herbert… well, I'm choosing the group with 11 combined Super Bowl rings.

Everyone here should be grateful we have Brock rather than getting enamored with whatever strong armed but brain dead QB the media is currently crowning.

I admit, I still had some doubts about Brock after the 2022 and 23 seasons, but he was so good in 24 and last year and he's gotten better every single year. He deserves to be in the conversation for the best QB in the league even if he doesn't have the number of highlight throws required to earn the admiration of the philistines.
