My buddy texted me that the CB grabbed Tonges and pulled himself in front of him. I couldnt rewind. Can anyone verify that too?

He had a jersey tug but it wasn't egregious. Yes it was a pi that was missed but the ball was late.
Bad decision by purdy that ref could have bailed him out of but didn't
