I see Sam turning into a pumpkin not Brock

This is what it comes down to, we've seen Sam turn into a pumpkin several times, so we know it can happen again. Brock thrives off of pressure, Sam folds like a tortilla

I see…so Sean McVay wasn't good enough to get more than 3 points in a SB with a former #1 overall pick so he's a better coach because he went out and traded for a better former #1 overall pick because he couldn't develop or you know COACH up the other one?

It's just wild how your brain works. Just insane logic.

McVajay jay is overrated, the end

The difference is Sea is literally winning with defense and has bailed pumpkin Sam out multiple times. They even won games without scoring a TD on offense. BP doesn't have that luxury this year, with our terrible defense.
Brings a tear to my to think what could've been this season with a healthy Bosa, Fred, Mykel, and resigned Hufanga (wishful thinking) and no Mahomes to deal with. It would've been our best chance to win it all in the Shanny era.

The defense has been awful the last few weeks but they can rebound. We don't need them to be all pro, just get back to the 12-15th range. These last few weeks they've fallen off but no reason they can't rebound. They just need to hold teams to 17-20 and hope Brock and Company can make some magic to continue happening
Throw the ball to CMC

Would agree if Bosa, Fred, Mykel, Huff, we're going to show up at peak form, but that's not gonna happen is it? Main reason why defense sux is we're missing our best players. Not rocket science.

No doubt we'd be a top ten defense with our best players healthy and Saleh working his magic. Maybe top 5.

Significant boost to BP and the offense as well. I'm sure they miss being able to rely on the defense.

Not saying they will win this game 100 percent but one of the things that give Brock extra motivation to play at an elite level is he knows the defense is handicapped to be relied on to win games. What separate Brock from most quarterbacks is he seems to be really enjoying the game and the pressure. Born to be wild.

I don't think we have the defense to turn him into a pumpkin

Don't turn the ball over and SF wins this game. That's what has opened it up for Seattle the past couple weeks. Turnovers and ST play in the second half. Hold onto the ball, no stupid INTs and play sounds STs and they will take care of business

I'm all for letting him try and throw the ball all over the field. Stop the run and win the TO battle and they won't be able to keep up with our offense

ehhh. never underestimate Sam's ability to turn orange.

last year, week 18 Vikings at Lions for the #1 seed. Lions D was decimated going into that game. Sam did Sam things and lost 9-31
