Purdy played well today and suceeded. I didn't see much of impact with the toe day. The test is coming against the Colts, Bears and Seahawks. Let's see how Purdy and the offense handle those teams. Just taking it one game at a time, just one game. Luckily they get a bye now which I hope will help some heal up a little bit.

Good game today. Managed it well despite the conditions, and no bad hero balls that I can recall. Now it's time to stack these good games together and develop some consistency.

So, Brock has three turnovers and helps get the win against a plucky Carolina team. Stafford has three turnovers and loses to a plucky Carolina team. I wonder if people in the Rams' fan forums are calling for him to be benched.
Another note on how much the 49ers defensive losses have hurt them this year. As is almost always the case, Stafford plays like a coward when he gets pressured. He hurries his throws and isn't athletic enough to get away from the rush. The last game between these two teams might have looked a little different if we had a healthy Bosa, Williams, and Warner. That was a wicked ball to Nacua though, and a great catch.

He looked like himself that is why. He was moving in the pocket the way he does when he is on.
Need some of the film gurus to chime in but I think his mechanics were better.

Nobody takes into account how one dimensional the team is.
Mcaffrey can't actually run the ball anymore. So he's having to do everything.
It's more than double the pressure he would have on a team with an actual NFL running back.

Purdy played a great game. I might be alone on this but I thought he played better today than he did vs Arizona; despite what the stats show.

Comparing the two QBs is actually hilarious.

I'm not comparing them. Just pointing out that everything is relative,

Sorry your boy Stafford couldn't beat the Panthers. Not our fault.
