That's not his cap hit

So do we let him try to play this year with chance of re-aggravating it or sit as long as he can

Should've let Brock play out his contract and franchised him imo

I think he would be counting more against the cap then for the next few years if we did that.

If he earned it, I'm ok with that but instead he's getting paid for nothing. At this rate we could've played another year with Mac for pennies and not even franchised him.

Lol love affair

Preach. Many people said make him play this season. Would have easily been able to retain guys like Hufanga who are balling rn.

That's what we're paying him.

Sit until fully healthy while waiting for Mac's knees to fully burn out, then Adrian gets us the ring lol

The mistake was not putting him on temp IR and then playing him vs JAX.

Mac Jones will get KNOCKED OUT from a blindside rush courtesy of Colton "Matador" McKivitz. His knees will have nothing to do with it.

Well Mac Jones is playing relatively well overall
Perhaps not peak Purdy levels but he's more than serviceable in this offense even with most of our stars both sides of the ball sidelined. May as well play Mac all year long

The right side isn't Mac's blindside.

Agreed. Considering what he's had to work with offensively for the majority of his starts, he's performed admirably.

Making purdy play out this year on a cheap deal while stacking your team with talent was the smart move. Too much of a coward to make that happen. Coulda signed purdy for peanuts rn

Hindsight is a beautiful thing isn't it? If Purdy didn't get hurt and played well this season his price tag would have been even higher.

But he didn't... And they're paying him for nothing atm.

And nobody knew this was going to happen. Surely you wouldn't be on here complaining if Brock held out and Mac Jones wasn't playing well.

When you get a good QB in this league you pay him. That's the bottom line.
