The thing is I remember your arguments about Jimmy G, and how you used to characterize his ability to execute Kyle's offense.

You're probably in for another rough ride here. Maybe this time you'll learn something.

I've admitted I was completely wrong about Jimmy G, and Kyle. Purdy proved that. Now some of you want to go back lol. But really it's just some of you creating a mythical QB who doesn't exist and then crying that we don't have one like him.

Do you think the inaccuracy on this particular throw was strictly because of injury?

If not, you should understand criticism of the decision making.

I think he's able to make this throw if he's healthy and not basically playing on one foot while in extreme, debilitating pain. If Brock can't be trusted to reliably make this routine throw when he's healthy, then we're in trouble.

You don't think the rusher impacts this throw?

You're probably trolling me, lol.

These guys are arguing for 2nd and 7, Jimmy G style of play. Some fans just like to complain and be miserable. Don't fall for it.
Juice is at the LOS or 1 yard ahead. I didnt see the jags defender in the corner. i still belive he dumps it of to Juice gets not 5-10 but 3-4 yards or who know Juice breaks a tackle. End of the day i think Purdy is still Pressing

No he's not. Watch here and pause at :04 when Purdy decides to throw. Juice is 2-3 yards behind the LOS. He is not getting 5-10 yards on that play. His back is turned and he has zero up field momentum. Same with Farrell, although he's 2 yards past the LOS so he'd probably get 3-4 max because the defender is closing in.

We do not want a 2nd and 7 QB again.

The rusher does impact the throw, but I still think he makes it if he's healthy.

Could be. Or it could be that you don't really know what you're looking at and fly by the seat of your pants. Others can figure it out.

Here's the 'drop' by Jennings.
I don't know why the ball looked tip... wobbly and low like throwing to a midget's feet. Jerry Rice would probably catch that ugly pass, but he's a legend

You can see Brock wincing in pain at the end of that play. It's sad to see. He really should have sat.

Broken Brock is better than the other options assuming Mac was limping.

Do you ever think through the things you say, lol? The implication here is that it's not ok to have a 2nd and 7 or 2nd and 6. A completely normal situation for NFL offenses, including those with truly great QBs and elite talent.

Oh well. We forced a bad pass and got a 1st and 10 for the opposing team's offense instead. Jimmy G style.

Maybe, it's still sad to see. It's like watching a golden retriever limping around.
They should have just played Martinez & try to let Purdy rest up for the Rams game on Thursday night. It was the more important game by far. Speedy recovery please Purdy
Purdy needs to stop playing like A$$, its as simple as that.
Purdy had a poor game. get over it.
