Someone was bound to take over Kurt's mantle.

Over and over, I wanna know the play he hurt his toe. It would explain his 2 bad interceptions that he usually runs on

Uh he was moving fine up to his last pass of the game, which was a long scramble. So no, it had nothing to do with the ints

I think he plays. He looked fine yesterday and was celebrating after the game and everything. And apparently his shoulder injury is extremely minor and it's not his throwing shoulder.

I can't see a toe keeping him out… unless it's turf toe but I feel like we'd know if it's turf toe.
Does David L think he will be okay for Sunday?
It's the Saints, rest him.

Interesting that he also had the 3rd highest time to throw.

I think it's more of him holding onto the ball and running for his life

Surely, it was that jump throw he tried to complete. My damn QB finding every which way on how to fit the ball because they don't invest in the o-line other than TWilliams smh

Ironically, Trent Williams had the poorest performance on our o-line.
Dude looked fine on the game winning drive. Now he's hurt 🙄🙄

Ive seen us lose to colt mccoy led cardinals. I take no game as a easy game lol

No preseason play so it's to be expected.
For a QB is it worse to have a Toe injury on a specific foot? Would it be the foot you lead with when throwing?

I think the common theme is we know Brock is a very efficient QB. But since last year the few misses he has tend to be back breaking INTs at the worst time.

The toe one worries me much more than the non throwing shoulder. If he does play, and he has unusually errant throws - we know that toe is messed up.

I almost want to say we should rest him but that's a tough call. Maybe Mac would play well enough for us to win?

I just don't want the toe injury to get worse cause those can be a nightmare - depending on the type of injury and severity

that game is always my reference on underestimating opponents
Anyone upset about the two picks should watch JohnnyDels breakdown of those plays. You'll get a much better understanding of what happened and why - they aren't nearly as bad as many of us initially thought.

im not saying Brock isn't at fault but once you hear the explanation, it's not bad at all. Pearsall and MVS are much more to blame on the second one.

and yes, he had to throw the ball fast on the second INT cause he had guys running up field to block and that would be a penalty if he hadn't thrown it yet. MVS ran the route half ass and the safety identified it and left MVS and jumped on Pearsall. Pearsall knows he has to knock it down if he can't get it. Just a poorly executed play all around, even debatable if it's a poorly designed play by Kyle. He likes to run it though
