Just people need to calm down and keep it to what it is. You have people b***hing about the game winning TD because it was risky. It was a game winning TD. We watched Moody miss a 27 yard FG with 0 pressure on it in the 2nd quarter. Do we want Brock leaving it up to Moody? Even if Kyle would've gone for it on 4th down there is no guarantee the play on that down would've been a better opportunity to score.
The throw was risky but with Tonges in the area he can also play defense. He took it away, we managed to close it down on defense finally again.
Yes he needs to avoid playing hero ball when he doesn't need to. THAT play, I believe he had to play hero ball and I'm glad it worked out for us.
It seems like people want it both ways. No risky throws, but still move the ball.
This is the NFL and it doesn't work that way. You go into a shell you're going to get absolutely f**ked. That is why there are like 10-20 humans on the planet that can play QB at a high level in the NFL.
We have to live with purdy the gun slinger, the end result isn't going to be good 100% of the time
