I think harbaughs system is too conservative for him but he avoided mistakes last year, until the playoffs.
i thought Daniels was a great qb prospect last year and he had a great rookie season - but I expect him to regress this year. He will have big time expectations and he won't surprise anyone - i don't think he will be bad but I think we will see him struggle in ways he didn't last year. Washington had a a good owner so far and I love their peters pick at gm. I just don't love their head coach and I think the pressure will get to Daniels and he will make mistakes. Last year he wasn't what the offense was designed around, so it's different when you're expected to produce the offense and make it happen through you.
There's a very viable potential 5-1 start for Washington. (And I know I'm getting off topic.) But even if it's 4-2, that kind of jump out the gate for them could do them wonders. Of course the schedule does get much tougher after that. Plus, they didn't just stand pat, but got some good new additions.
Yeah, I think Washington has built a really good team and new ownership changes the overall culture.
so I'm not saying "Daniel's will struggle and the team will suck". I just don't think Daniel's is going to take a huge leap, I expect him to have a sophomore slump - similar to Houston's stroud did.
they still very may well win games cause they're a good overall roster who played team football but if Daniel's doesn't make a leap to the next level of qb play - I don't see them making it far in the playoffs.
wow he kept that quiet. Supposedly leaked by TE on practice squad.
